Room description
The room advertised is a shared (twin) room (two beds available!) and is perfect for 2 friends studying or working. Complete with 2 wardrobes, office tables, chairs and bedside lockers.
There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen, breakfast area.... also included is a washing machine, dryer, and a general communal area.
It is very central, only 15 mins to walking distance to city centre There are alot of amenities such as ALDI, LIDL, Mcdonalds, Starbucks and Centra (1 minute ) within walking distance as well as bus routes and 10-15 minutes to Connolly station and the Luas.
The clontarf coast and fairview park are within a couple of minutes walk from the property. The residential area is very quiet and clean as well as the cohabitants of the house.
