Room description

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY LARGE DOUBLE ROOM EN SUITE WITH BALCONY

Double bedroom for rent in an spacious and well finished 1st floor apartment in a quiet complex.

The bedroom is en-suite with exceptional storage (both hanging and shelf space). It also has access to a balcony overlooking the Phoenix Park. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with reclining leather chairs and hardwood dining furniture & flooring. Access to a secure bike store and an underground car parking space are also available.

The apartment complex is in front of Kilmainham Gaol. Within a five minutes walk are direct bus routes servicing the Quays, Dame Street, the South Circular Road and areas in the West and South West Dublin. There is easy motorway access to the N4 & N7, Dublin Bikes are 5 minutes walk and Heuston Station and the Luas red line (Suir road) are 10 minutes walk. There are also cafes, shops and green areas at the gates of the apartment complex.

The apartment is not owner occupied. You will be sharing it with two working professionals, both working in the city center. The bills (high-speed broadband, electricity and gas) will be shared. The first month's rent and the deposit (1 month) will have to be paid in advance.

We are looking from a sociable flatmate, who is used to sharing an apartment and keeping it clean. Although this is not a party house and both of us like to chill after work, you will be able to bring friends over for lunch/dinner.

Looking forward to meeting you!
