Room description
Two double rooms available immediately in a shared house for a long term lease. Sharing with two men. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with TV and fireplace and large back garden.
Bills not included and will be shared equally with all housemates.
The area is well serviced by bus stop 1 min from door with 6 different bus routes, including a 24 hour number 15 bus, and killester dart station is nearby. Both Lidl and Tesco are a 10 minute walk away.
One room is smaller than the other.
Small room is €700, larger room €850.
Please let me know if you have a preference or if you are happy with either room.
TV and desk not included in larger room.
