Hi! I’m Maria Paula, I’m 27 and I’m currently living and working in Cork.
I’m looking for accommodation from October 2026 onwards. I’m mainly looking for a private room in a shared house, ideally for a long-term stay, but I’m also open to renting a place of my own (such as a studio or one-bedroom apartment). I’m flexible with my budget depending on the property, location and what is included.
I would ideally like to live in or close to Cork City Centre, as I commute by train and would prefer somewhere with easy access to public transport.
I work full-time on a permanent contract, so I’m financially stable and can provide proof of employment and income if required.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I enjoy having a friendly and comfortable home environment, but I also value privacy and personal space. I’m looking for somewhere I can genuinely feel at home and where everyone is respectful of each other.
I’m open to different types of accommodation and would be happy to consider different options depending on the place and price.
