Looking for a room in Cork (Sept 2025 – May 2026)
Hi! I’m a 20-year-old student from Spain, starting at University College Cork in September 2025, and I’m also planning to find a part-time job once I arrive.
I’m looking for a single room in a shared apartment/house close to UCC, ideally within 20 minutes’ walk or with good bus connections.
About me:
20 years old, Spanish, responsible, tidy and clean.
Sociable, friendly and respectful of shared spaces.
Non-smoker.
Looking for a calm and friendly home environment.
What I’m looking for:
Housemates who are students or young professionals.
Fully furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe).
Access to a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi.
Rental period: September 2025 – May 2026.
Max budget: €650/month (bills included or reasonably priced).
Preferred areas: College Road, Mardyke, Western Road, Magazine Road, Sunday’s Well, Wilton.
