This is a bright spacious, self contained one bedroom apartment for single occupancy only, which adjoins to the main family home.
It has a living area, a kitchenette, an ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed. It has ample storage space in all areas of the apartment.
The living space has a comfortable two seated couch, a TV (which includes streaming services) a modern electric fire, a student study desk and motorised black out blinds.
The kitchenette has an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, a washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave, It is fully equipped for use with all the necessary equipment. There is a small table for eating in the kitchen area.
The bedroom features two large wardrobes with shelving and hanging space, a chest of drawers, a small bedside locker and a full length mirror.
There is a modern ensuite bathroom which has underfloor heating, a walk in shower, heat exchanger, toilet, and wash hand basin.
There are no common areas within the apartment, it is all yours
The property is accessible via the side/back entrance and has two separate exits/entrances, from the bedroom and the other from the living area.
Bills are included (reasonable usage expected).
The property is centrally located, and accessible by bus to UCC and MTU, from the Ballinlough Road, and Douglas road.
My family live in the main house with our friendly dog, and we are available to help you during your stay.
This modern, self contained, private, calm apartment is available for the academic year of 2026/2027. Suitable for a student attending local colleges.
