ROOM WANTED IN DUBLIN – Late October / Early November
Hi everyone,
My name is Steve, I’m 27 and I’ll be arriving in Dublin on 23 October. I’m looking for a private room in a friendly and quiet home.
What I’m looking for:
• Budget: around €750/month, with some flexibility for the right place
• Move-in: late October / around 1 November
• Stay: 8 months or longer, with the possibility of extending
• Location: ideally within around 30 minutes by public transport to Dublin 2 / city centre
• Private single or double room
• Normal access to kitchen and laundry facilities
A little about me: I’m tidy, respectful, non-smoking and have a regular lifestyle. I enjoy reading and going to the gym, and I’m looking for a calm and stable home rather than a party house.
I’ll be in Dublin from 23 October and available for in-person viewings from then.
