ABOUT ME:
Hi, I'm Bernardo, 20, Brazilian. I've been in Dublin a year and a half and I'm about to start a Software Engineering degree, so I'm looking for somewhere calm and well kept where I can actually study.
I'm quiet, clean and tidy — I leave shared spaces the way I'd want to find them. Non-smoker. I cook a fair bit and I clean up after myself.
WHAT I'M AFTER:
• Single or double room, long term (1 year+)
• A modern apartment — recent build, bright, well maintained
• Close to a 24-hour bus route (I don't drive)
• Up to €1,050/month
• Anywhere in Dublin — I don't mind being far from the centre
I previously lived at Hamilton Gardens in Cabra, so I know how these buildings run. References and documentation available.
