A bright and spacious ensuite room is available in a modern 3-bed, 2-bath new-build apartment in St Clare’s Park, Harold’s Cross. The room is suitable for a single working professional or a couple looking for a comfortable, peaceful and well-connected home.
The apartment is clean, well-kept and finished to a high standard, with plenty of storage, a large balcony, beautiful views, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a modern open-plan living space.
The building has excellent amenities including a gym, clubhouse and lounge, co-working/WFH space with free Wi-Fi, central garden, community courtyards, concierge, theatre room, and parcel collection/locker facilities.
The location is very convenient. Central/Daybreak is around 5 minutes on foot, and Tesco, Dunnes, Lidl and Aldi are all nearby. There are also cafés, restaurants, salons, pubs and everyday essentials within walking distance.
Transport is excellent, with the 16 bus just outside the building and F1, F2 and F3 buses around 4 minutes away. The city centre is around 10–20 minutes by bus, and the south side/canal area is about a 30-minute walk.
The apartment is currently shared by two full-time working professionals. One flatmate works as a Senior Consultant at a Big 4 firm, and the other is a chef at a popular restaurant in town. Both are chilled, friendly, tidy and respectful.
