Room description

My fiancé and myself are looking to help a student out and have our attic bedroom to rent for the college year. It is a shared bathroom and would be bedroom only. We have a lot of transport around and live less than 1/2 hour away from the city centre. We work full time with working from home some days so we will be at home most days. We would love to help a student out and offer our cosey clean room.
