Hi, my name is Donghyeon Kim, and I’m very interested in the room. I’d be happy to tell you a little about myself.
I was born in 1996 and I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful person. I take good care of the place I live in and always keep my living space clean and well maintained. I’m also quiet and considerate of others.
I’m currently living in Dublin on a Working Holiday visa and working full-time at Kodiak and Bonobo. I have a stable income and a regular working schedule, with an average monthly income of around €2,700–€2,800.
I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place that I can genuinely call home. I’m responsible, easy-going, and would treat the property with the same care and respect as my own home.
