This is a bright, comfortable and well-kept three-bedroom house in a quiet residential area. I occupy the ensuite bedroom. The available room is a comfortable double bedroom suitable for one person. Upstairs, the guest bedrooms share a main bathroom, so the bathroom would only ever be shared with one other flatmate. There is also an additional toilet downstairs. The house has a spacious and bright living room where you can relax in the evenings, as well as a large kitchen and dining area with plenty of storage and everything needed for everyday cooking. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, two ovens and a separate fridge. I use my own smaller fridge. There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine, a small back garden/patio, and a shed that can be used for bicycle storage. High-speed Virgin Media fibre broadband is included. The house is kept clean, tidy and well managed,
The house is located in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, in a quiet and well-established residential area. Public transport is very convenient, with bus stops just a short walk from the house. Several Dublin Bus routes serve the area, including the 13, 68 and 151, providing connections towards Clondalkin, Dublin city centre and surrounding areas. The property is also conveniently located beside Grange Castle Business Park and within easy reach of Clondalkin Village, the M50 and local shops and amenities. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful and residential, so it is a good option for someone who wants a quiet home while still having good transport connections and access to the wider Dublin area.
I live with my lovely French Bulldog. She is very friendly, affectionate and quiet, so ideally I’m looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs.
