Hey everyone!
We have one room vacancy available in a peaceful home located right next to one of the entrances of Phoenix Park (Dublin 7) – beside the Hole in the Wall pub. The house is in a great area, safe and quiet, with easy access to transport and amenities.
🏡 About the House:
You’ll be living with two other people (including the owner) – so three in total once the room is filled. This is a home, not a party house – we’re looking for someone who values cleanliness, respect, and a calm lifestyle.
💫 Available Room:
• Master En-suite Room – spacious, with a double bed and private bathroom. For one person only.
👉 Immediate vacancy – the room is available from July 13th.
🔒 Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
• Females only
• No couples
• No smoking or vaping (strictly no exceptions)
• Preferably vegetarian
• Must be extremely clean, respectful, and mindful of house rules
• Not suitable for anyone who parties – this is a peaceful home
• Must be working full time
• No loud noise after a certain hour, as we all work and need rest
• You’ll be sharing the space with two lovely cats (one indoor, one outdoor) – so if you’re allergic, unfortunately this won’t be suitable
