Hi! I’m a student starting at Griffith College in September 2026. My first preference is a private bedroom with a private bathroom. If that is too expensive, I’m happy to have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen/living areas. I’m tidy, responsible, and respectful of housemates.
