Large double bed room to let (single occupancy) in modern house suit erasmus student ..The room is fully furnished to include desk and chair. Bed linen is supplied together with all kitchen equiptment. A separate living room with TV is also provided . 2 bathrooms in house. The person has full usage of fully equipped kitchen.The house is located 20 min walk from DCU and 20 minutes drive by bus to city centre and 10 minutes by bus to Airport.The bus stop is 5 min walk which brings you to the city or airport.A number of local shops are 5 min walk and a large shopping mall OMNI is 10 min walk which includes Lidl, Tesco and Mark and Spencers..The house is located in quiet area.Please state the exact dates you require the room and name of college you are attending or name and address of company you are doing internship if you are interested in room.References can be supplied by previous international students should you require.Students only to apply
