Hello
I am looking for someone to replace me in my current flat share in Dublin 9, Whitehall.
The move in date is 01 October 2024.
Our landlord is asking for someone who works so no students.
The rent is €938 per month. Internet 35.5€ per person. Electricity varies but it's every 2 months and generally nothing exorbitant.
It's a flat share for 2 and we're looking for someone who's calm and serious to live with my current flat share.
