I'm a tidy, quiet and responsible person. I do not smoke/vape and I do not have any pets. I lead a quiet lifestyle, do not host parties, and am very respectful of others' space and privacy.I am looking for a single room to live in.

I am an excellent tenant who always pays rent on time and is committed to keeping the property in excellent condition.

My move-in date is flexible, I can move in immediately ,but I am hoping to move in by 30/09/2025 and I am looking for a long-term tenancy, preferably for at least 6 months.
