Room to Rent – €850 per month (Small Ensuite) Bright and comfortable room available in
an owner-occupied, quiet home. The room includes a small private ensuite. Full access
to the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, and all essential
appliances. This is a peaceful house with a cat, so it would suit someone who is quiet
and enjoys a calm environment (and likes cats!). Please note: not suitable for working
from home. The No. 13 bus stops just outside the estate, and additional buses to the city
centre, Tallaght, and Liffey Valley are available from the nearby village. The Luas is
located at the Red Cow which is a short bus ride away. The train station is approximately
a 10-minute walk.
