(700 per month) Single bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 floor house, 2 full baths and half bath at GF. Apartment will be shared with 3 other people, one room ensuite occupied by a couple, and another room occupied. You will be sharing the bathroom with the other tenant. Billing comes around 70 every other month. Bus stop is around 5 mins walk (39,39X,39A) about an hr away from the city. Another bus stop (70) is 12 mins away, and takes you to the city around 40-45 mins.
