You’ll be sharing with three people in a calm and respectful household. The house suits someone with a similar routine who values a quiet and tidy living environment.
All bills are included (electricity, gas, bins and high-speed broadband), making budgeting simple.
The house offers generous storage, free on-street parking, and excellent transport links via Luas, bus routes, M50 and N11. Local amenities including Centra, Costa, pharmacy and takeaway are within walking distance. Dundrum Town Centre and Carrickmines Retail Park are also nearby.
The rent (bills included) is €1,100 per month. Where two people are sharing the room, the rent is €1,300 per month.
