Room description
I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for my room in a student accommodation called Stoney Batter Place in Dublin 7. The room is rented until May of 2025, you could get an extension if necessary. It's a Bronze Ensuite Room.
This is a modern single-occupancy bedroom with:
• Top floor bedroom with En-suite bathroom.
• Room size of 13m2
• Room contains a double bed (1,200mm X 1,900mm)
• Fully furnished bedroom to include wardrobe, shelving, study desk, with integrated magnetic whiteboard, study chair, USB ports, adjustable lighting by the bed, coat hook, mirror and additional built-in storage under bed.
• Fully equipped living room and kitchen / diner shared with 6 other people, who are really nice and generally clean. Pictures of the shared area are just to get a sense for it, in real life this are is about twice the size.
