Hi! My name is Carlos. I’m looking for a studio. I have recently moved to Ireland from Spain and am working as a truck mechanic. I wish to live alone and can easily afford the rent on my salary (2800 gross per month). I have payslips, job references and rental references to hand and will remain in Ireland on a long term, permanent basis.
