Great location – bus stop right outside the house estate with direct buses to and from MSD, and only a short walk to SETU.

The house is shared with easy-going working professionals. It’s a quiet, tidy home and everyone gets along really well. We also occasionally get together for social activities.

Shared spaces are kept very clean and we have weekly cleaning for the house.

Rent: €700per month (single occupancy)

Bills included: electricity, gas, bins, WiFi and laundry.

6-month rolling lease with 30 days notice if leaving.
