Bright and cosy double room to rent €140 a week, Monday to Friday. A full week can be discussed if required. All linen will be provided. Room has floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes, bedside locker with drawers, underbed storage, study desk, chair and lamp are also provided. Standard household utility bills (electricity, gas, internet, bins) are included within reason. Excessive or wasteful consumption may result in an additional surcharge. The property contains resident cats and dogs. The licensee must act responsibly and respectfully around the animals but is not responsible for care or maintenance of them.
