This duplex home is located in Blackcastle Lodge, Navan, Co Meath a very quiet estate just a few minutes walk to the town center shops, bars, restaurants, parks, transport, cinema. Dublin is only a short drive away. The room for rent is a large double room with un-suite, its bright, airy and spacious with plenty of natural light and comes fully furnished, with king size bed, wardrobe, two bedside lockers with lamps, a mirror and chest of drawers for extra storage. Access to fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, air fryer, microwave and fridge. Use of a fully furnished balcony. The home has gas central heating.There is one parking space available. Living with 2 other people. We have animals of our own so cannot accommodate any more additional pets in the house. I am looking for a tenant who is a quiet, responsible person and in full-time employment. Rent per month is 800 euro with utilities paid (gas, bins, electricity and wifi) a security deposit of 800 euros is required. References will be required.
