The 4 bed house has a large south-facing garden with patio and has a spacious kitchen/ diner with a sunny room off and a good sized livingroom .
Beach is a 20 minute walk as is Stamullen for the necessities , shops pub restaurant chemist takeaways personal grooming ect.

There are 2 other rooms for rent in the house , both en suite @ 1000 euro / month plus bills .
