Hi, I’m Gavin, a 22-year-old Civil Engineer working full-time across Limerick, Clare and occasionally Tipperary. I’m currently looking for a room to rent.
I’ve been renting independently for the past 15 months and am clean, tidy and respectful of the property and the people I live with. I don’t have any pets and can provide a previous landlord reference and proof of employment if required. In my spare time, I enjoy playing rugby. I’m flexible regarding location and would be interested in hearing about any suitable rooms available.
