Renting a double room for 1000€ with an en suite bathroom. Additional cost of electricity bills. WiFi is included, available to use the kitchen as needed. Would prefer a working professional who isn’t working fully remotely. No smoking allowed inside the house. NO COUPLES. We have a fairly spacious garden and parking space for 1 car if needed.
