The room:
Double bed available in a large 5 bedroom house in Churchtown, Dublin 14. House is less than 1 min walk from the 14 bus line into town. Large kitchen, living room and garden. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Parking in drive/on street outside house is free. Rent is €723/month, and an additional 100 for bills (includes everything).
The housemates:
We are 4 Irish guys aged 25-29. We enjoy hanging out together whether it's going for pub quizzes, watching sport or the odd sea dip/sauna session. Very laid back and easy going household.
