The house is in a quiet residential area, near Liffey Valley shopping Centre (8 min walk) and FlyeFit, Ben Dunne gym. There is Tesco, Lidl and Aldi nearby.

M50 is a two minute drive from the house.

The city centre is accessible via many bus routes (bus stop is 5 min walk).
