Room description
Warm and dry artisan cottage, tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
The street is safe and its neighbourhood have a real sense of community, in the heart of Dublin City centre with plenty of amenities and easy transport access.
You will be sharing the house with the owner, a mid-forty professional male, hybrid worker, who lives between Sligo and Dublin, commuting to the city when required at the office. In Dublin 2 nights a week during the longer summer days and 5 nights a week in winter, approximately.
The room has a small double bed with two side drawers. A very large shelf (2m) for storage.
Some storage is available in communal areas.
On street permit available with Dublin City Council.
Bills are extra (Electricity + Wifi + Bins).
