Friendly professional guy in his 30s looking to share apartment in Santry (D9). Ideally looking for another quiet professional person, respectful and friendly.
New apartment, quiet and warm, with open plan kitchen and living area, and a little balcony.
Quiet neighbourhood, with a big shopping mall and nice parks closeby, very safe with a Garda Station few steps away. Parking is free outside.
LGBT-friendly accommodation.
Looking for someone to be able to move in immediately.
The room is for 1 occupant only, no couples (partners or guests overnight once per week). This room has a private bathroom in the corridor with bathtub.
Three minutes to bus stop going to city or airport with bus: N4, 41C, 16, 33, 1, 104, 41 (24hrs night bus available), etc.
The apartment is just few minutes away from OMNI shop centre with TESCO, LIDL, Boots, Pepco, Penneys, etc.
Airport really closeby (15min bus), city centre about 30min to 45min depending on traffic.
Rent is 900 euros per month excluding bills (+ 1 month rent deposit).
Bills are around 50€ per month per person for energy and gas (heating and hot water) up to 70e in winter.
Internet not included.
The room includes: Double bed , desk and office chair, large in-built wardrobe, standing mirror, bedside tables, washing basket.
Kitchen fully equipped with air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, and many more appliances and tools.
Living room with TV, sofas, tea table, etc.
