Room description
Bright and well-maintained home with a warm, rustic and personalised feel. Fully furnished with new furniture. The kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage and all goods included. Bedrooms are well proportioned and come with a wardrobe, desk, bedside table, blinds and under-bed storage. Clean, functional bathroom with modern shower.
Efficient heating system fully upgraded in October, with good insulation throughout. Alarm, Bins and Wi-fi included in rent.
Electricity/Gas Bills and cleaning products bought monthly to be shared with the others living in the house. Two people are currently living in the house (one tenant and the owner).
Located in a quiet, family-oriented residential area on a closed road with no through traffic. Excellent transport links: F2 bus stop 200m from the house (24-hour service), with additional 24-hour routes nearby. Approx. 30 minutes to the city centre, 13-minute drive to Dublin Airport, and good access to DCU. Shops within walking distance include Centra, Spar and Tesco (300m), Lidl, Aldi and Charlestown Shopping Centre (15min walk).
