Walking distance to local shops, pubs and bus services. There is double bedroom available and single room to let in the house with full use of all facilities in the house. At present there are two people living in the house. Rent is €700 per month inclusive of ESB and heating and Internet and refuse, water etc., (payment on a monthly basis) and a month rent deposit which covers your final months notice .
